Appraisals
KD Auctions’ appraisers are certified AMEA (Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers) complying with stringent industry standards. A working knowledge of the equipment marketplace allows our appraisers the ability to provide a fair and accurate appraisal of your assets. Values of equipment are affected by many variables including the equipment’s age, condition, manufacturer’s reputation and marketplace acceptance, and finally equipment removal and transport.
Asset Recovery
KD Auctions LLC has experienced Auctioneers and Project Managers who will handle every aspect of your auction, regardless of the type of auction you choose. Once you make the decision to hold an auction, one of our Project Managers will contact you to start the process. From there we will handle such details as valuation of machinery, inventory, inspections, pricing and marketing, and finally removal.
Liquidation
An alternative to holding an auction is a liquidation sale. A liquidation sale can accommodate anything from a single piece of machinery or a business asset up through multiple plant closings. This type of sale is a controlled process in which potential buyers submit bids and the seller may accept or deny the offers, often leading to a higher return, even on obsolete machinery and business assets.
