Consign Industrial Equipment & Machinery: Reach Over 500,000 Industry Contacts

One CNC machine. A surplus line. A facility you're closing. We place your equipment into targeted, sector-specific auctions alongside complementary machinery, so serious buyers compete for it.

Our team handles everything: valuation, photography, cataloging, marketing, and settlement. You get full market exposure without running the sale yourself.

Consign an Item for Auction

All inquiries are handled confidentially. We do not share your information.

Pre-offer note: Pre-offers on consigned lots are accepted subject to the consignment agreement. When KD is acting on behalf of a receiver, trustee, or court-appointed party, pre-offers may require court approval and may not be accepted. This will be confirmed when your item is accepted.

Process

How Consignment Works

  1. Step 1

    Submit Your Item

Fill out the form above. Tell us what you have, where it is, and your estimated value. No serial numbers or photos required at this stage.

  2. Step 2

    KD Reviews & Confirms

We review your submission and confirm it fits an upcoming auction slot. We'll reach out within one business day.

  3. Step 3

    Photography & Cataloging

We'll arrange photos and write the lot description. If you can provide photos, that speeds things up.

  4. Step 4

    Your Item Goes Live

Added to the next relevant sector auction. Full marketing reach to our national industrial buyer database via Bidspotter, targeted email, LinkedIn, and more.

  5. Step 5

    Settlement

Auction closes. Buyer pays KD. KD remits net proceeds to you after commission deduction. Typically 7 days post-auction.
