The Flow Mach 100b is an entry-level, single-head waterjet cutting system from Flow International, built around an ultra-high-pressure pump that drives a fine jet of water, mixed with garnet abrasive when cutting metal or stone, through a cutting head carried on an X-Y gantry. It runs Flow's standard fixed cutting head rather than the Dynamic Waterjet taper-control or five-axis Dynamic XD articulating heads found on Flow's larger machines, and it is sized and priced as a first step into waterjet rather than a high-automation production cell.
