Attention All International Bidders: In order to bid on this sale a refundable deposit of $3,000.00 US Dollars will be required via bank wire in order to be approved to bid online with this sale. If you are unsuccessful in the auction, you will be refunded your deposit within 24 hours post-auction. Should you be successful at the sale the deposit will be applied to your balance due and any excess funds will be refunded.

The state of Arizona requires applicable transaction privilege tax (sales tax) to be collected on all equipment purchases unless the buyer provides a valid Arizona Resale Certificate (Form 5000A) or other exemption documentation accepted by the Arizona Department of Revenue.
The state of Arizona does not allow for any out of state manufacturing exemptions for items leaving the state.
Buyers claiming exemption must submit a properly completed certificate prior to invoicing. All exemption documentation is subject to review and approval. If valid documentation is not received, applicable tax will be charged.
