Tim Pfister, Vice President of Auctions and Appraisals, is an AMEA Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA), prepares USPAP-compliant appraisals, and is an auctioneer licensed and bonded in every state that requires it.

Tim's USPAP-compliant appraisals are prepared in the form lenders, courts, and trustees expect. Specializing in machinery, equipment, and industrial assets, he delivers FMV, OLV, and FLV valuations on engagements ranging from single-asset opinions to multi-site portfolio assessments. He is an auctioneer licensed and bonded in every state that requires it and is credentialed through AMEA and the NAA. When a situation requires both appraisal precision and auction execution, Tim handles both.

On the auction side, Tim works live and online sales from the block, calling bids, structuring catalogs, and managing the floor through to buyer settlement. He also performs field inspections himself, traveling on-site to examine machinery and equipment firsthand so every valuation and lot listing reflects true, verified condition.
